# SpaceCash Public Testnet Operator Packet

This packet collects operator-facing public-testnet evidence. It does not approve
`public_testnet_complete` and it is not a mainnet launch authorization.

Required operator files:

- `contact_roster_template.md`
- `evidence_intake_checklist.md`
- `operator_commitment_template.md`
- `node-*/operator_intake.json`
- `node-*/node_runbook.md`
- `node-*/evidence_manifest_template.json`

Each operator should complete their node folder before the public testnet starts,
then update the evidence manifest throughout the run.
