Independent public testnet operation

  • Signed operator intake, preflight, daily report, node report, and evidence manifest for each node.
  • Proof that the required operators are independent from the project owner and from each other.

Verifier Outcome

  • Every referenced operator packet is present and checksum-verifiable.
  • The public testnet operator onboarding summary reports enough independent operators.
  • No node remains marked as self-operated or identity-incomplete.
